Tech Show Madrid returns: more than 350 speakers and 25,000 visitors will gather at Spain's leading technology event

Tech Show Madrid, the leading technology event in Spain, returns to Madrid on October 29 and 30, 2025 to build the future of business technology. This unmissable event for executives and professionals in the technology sector celebrates its fifth edition this year and consolidates its position as the benchmark meeting point for executives and professionals in key sectors such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Centers, eCommerce and Digital Marketing, HR and Learning Technologies.
The event, organized by CloserStill Media, will take place in halls 7 and 9 of IFEMA Madrid and is expected to exceed all expectations, bringing together more than 350 top-level speakers and 25,000 visitors. The event will allow to explore the latest innovations in the sector and will be the stage for technological solutions to be presented in the more than 400 stands of the participating companies. This event is not only a platform for networking and knowledge sharing, but also a showcase for the trends that are setting the course for digital transformation in the business world.
Within the framework of Tech Show Madrid, seven fairs will be held simultaneously, each one specialized in a different thematic area: Cloud & AI Infrastructure, Cyber Security World, Big Data & AI World, Data Centre World, Technology for Marketing, E-Show Madrid and, new this year, HR Technologies. In each of them, leading companies from different technological fields will present their solutions, strategies and systems to more than 25,000 stakeholders, while promoting networking.
Among the more than 400 exhibiting companies, we highlight Vargroup as Headline Sponsor of the event. In the eCommerce area we have the participation of Shopify as Lead Sponsor, while in digital marketing will be present reference companies such as Salesforce, Amazon Ads and Mailchimp. In addition, large firms in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, such as Nunsys or Oracle, will present their latest developments.
In the more technological area, focused on Cloud, companies of great impact in the sector, such as Evolutio and Ionos, will participate.
Also, in Hall 7, which this year exclusively hosts Data Centre World with more than 150 exhibitors, we highlight Huawei Digital Power as Keynote Theatre Sponsor, along with leading companies such as Schneider and ABB, among others.
Finally, in our new HR & Learning Technologies launch , we will have the participation of reference companies such as Sage, Wolters Kluwer and Job&Talent, among others.

In addition to acting as a stage for companies in the Spanish technology sector, Tech Show Madrid will host an ambitious program of presentations and panel discussions by influential voices in technology and experts in the field. More than 350 speakers, among them executives and technology specialists, will share their expertise in the 14 thematic auditoriums, strategically distributed in seven key areas of interest. During these sessions, executives with solid professional careers, prestigious experts in the technology sector and influencers will share success stories from leading companies. They will also provide a comprehensive overview of industry trends and discuss the challenges shaping the direction of the technology industry.
Seven trade fairs, seven specialized thematic areas
By bringing together seven fairs in the same space, Tech Show Madrid consolidates itself as a multi-sector event that will integrate different approaches around different areas of technology. Cloud & AI Infrastructure is reaffirmed as the largest showcase of Cloud technology in Spain covering trends such as the Quantum Cloud or Green Cloud Computing. For its part, Cyber Security World is the only exhibition in Spain on corporate and institutional Cybersecurity where the most innovative trends will return. Big Data & AI World is the main national meeting point for Big Data and Artificial Intelligence professionals. In the framework of this last fair, movements such as business Hyperintelligence or augmented analytics will be discussed.
The other three fairs that make up Tech Show Madrid are Data Centre World, the largest showcase of Data Centre infrastructures in Spain; Technology for Marketing, dedicated to Digital Marketing and a basic meeting point for professionals in the Martech industry; and E-Show Madrid, the Ecommerce fair, which will bring together leading companies and service providers.
As a novelty, Tech Show Madrid 2025 expands its spectrum with a new fair: HR Technologies. The latest addition to the congress has a vertical focus dedicated to technologies for HR and corporate training, offering a space to explore innovations in the HR sector.
