As AI deployments drive increasing compute power density within data centre cabinets, there is a direct relationship between the whitespace / data hall footprint and that required for the critical power and cooling infrastructure needed to support that space. This also has an impact on the building valuation if only the ‘productive’ whitespace is taken into account. This session explores this relationship and the associated valuation impacts.
