In this talk I will share my personal experience in starting a business, highlighting that the entrepreneur's path is paved with both successes and failures. I will talk about common mistakes when starting up, such as lack of planning, poor cash flow management or not validating the business idea enough with the market. I will also share the key successes that made the difference: surrounding yourself with a good team, staying resilient in the face of adversity and the importance of flexibility to pivot when necessary. The goal is to offer an honest and practical view, demonstrating that every setback is a lesson that brings us closer to success.
