Growth in real estate: digital marketing of large assets from scratch and building a funnel that converts (web, CRM and paid)
In this talk I will share how Node Living has faced an accelerated growth process, incorporating buildings of more than 1000 units in a portfolio that previously did not exceed 200. I will explain how we moved from a manual model based on excels to a scalable digital structure: building a conversion-focused website, implementing HubSpot as the basis of CRM and automation, and managing specific paid media campaigns to capture leads quickly, efficiently and with a close treatment. A practical talk on how to apply growth marketing to the real estate sector from scratch.
