As compute power density increases within data center cabinets, there is a direct relationship between the whitespace/data hall footprint and the space required for the critical power and cooling infrastructure needed to support that space. This also affects the building’s valuation if only the “productive” whitespace is taken into account. This session explores this relationship and its associated valuation implications.
