We will present a complementary perspective on the challenges posed by the development of this infrastructure from a construction standpoint, setting aside issues related to regulation and access to energy, which will be extensively discussed and debated during the event. We will also propose strategies to ensure the entire process is handled effectively, from design through to handover to the client. These range from early-stage work using collaborative engineering-contractor models to strategies for supply chain assurance, resource optimization, and compliance strategies during the commissioning phase.
