We’ve been Shopify’s plumbers for ten years: when a pipe has a problem, our phone rings. Brands that sell in multiple countries, with multiple currencies and subsidiaries; brick-and-mortar stores that need to integrate with their online presence as if they were one. In this talk, we’ll open up our toolbox: we’ll share three very different case studies told by someone who was “under the sink.” And since the plumbing of the future will be agent-based, we’ll wrap up by diving into how we envision it.
