Xavier Duch

Xavier Duch is a Computer Engineer and Master in Cybersecurity and Privacy by the UOC, with more than 18 years in IT and 11 years of experience specializing in information security, compliance and risk management. He has held roles as CISO and IT Manager in national and international organizations, leading both the strategy and operational execution of cybersecurity programs. His experience ranges from ISMS design and implementation under ISO 27001 and GDPR, to audit management, incident response, vulnerability management among other cybersecurity domains. He has worked in sectors such as technology, human resources and construction, developing assurance frameworks, controls maturity and organizational awareness culture. He is an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and works closely with legal, IT and operational areas to ensure digital resilience.
