Rubén joined Renfe's Platform and Technology team in 2022, after being linked as a technology consultant in digital transformation projects for companies in the tourism and transport sectors. With a background in Computer Engineering, he has worked in B2B and B2C sales solutions integrating payment systems, loyalty, e-commerce and customer service, combining the latest technologies and user experience through different service channels: web, mobile applications, virtual assistants and call centers. He currently leads the area of Technological Transformation of the Digital Transformation and Technology Department of Renfe Operadora.
