Roi Iglesias is one of the most influential professionals in technology solutions that help the digitalization of the retail sector, with a track record that combines strategic vision, international experience and passion for innovation. Specializing in connecting the physical and online worlds, his focus is on creating connected stores where the consumer experience is consistent, personalized and memorable.
Throughout his career, Roi has led and advised digital transformation projects for top international retailers such as Inditex, Orange, Desigual, Ecoalf, Ikea or Carrefour, among others, driving the integration of disruptive technologies and innovative solutions that optimize processes, improve customer interaction and increase store profitability. Their ability to unite physical and online digitalization has been key for these large groups to move towards a connected store model, where technology becomes a strategic ally for the business.
His professional career includes leadership positions in leading companies in the sector such as Econocom, where he has been Global Retail Manager, and Neo Advertising, as CEO, where he was a key player in the implementation of digitization and digital signage projects on a large scale. Currently, as Retail Manager at Flame Analytics, Roi drives the good use of data in physical stores, helping retailers to better understand their consumers and optimize store operations thanks to artificial intelligence. Under his leadership, advanced analytics and AI become essential tools to transform point-of-sale efficiency and profitability, enabling brands to anticipate customer needs and make smarter decisions in real time.
In the academic field, Roi Iglesias has a high-level education from the University of Navarra, and in business from IESE Business School, which has given him a strategic and avant-garde vision. In addition, he has expanded his knowledge with certifications in generative AI, which allows him to anticipate and apply the most advanced technologies in his projects.
