Ramon Garcia
General Manager,
Spanish Logistics Center
Ramon is the CEO of the Spanish Logistics Center (CEL), the leading association for supply chain management in Spain. He is also the CEO of the CITET innovation cluster, as well as vice president of the European Logistics Association (ELA) and the eAPyme federation. Since 2026, he has also chaired the UNE Committee on Logistics and Transportation (CTN-UNE 152), the body responsible for channeling Spain’s participation and influence in European and international logistics and transportation standardization processes, in collaboration with organizations such as ISO and CEN. He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of management, sustainability, and innovation in the supply chain and urban logistics, gained at multinational companies (El Corte Inglés Group, GSK, and BASF) and business associations, where he has held roles in technical work, project management, consulting, and executive management.
Since 2001, he has served as an adjunct professor at various universities and business schools and has participated as a speaker at internationally significant conferences related to logistics and freight transport.
