Paloma Sánchez is a Key Account Manager at Insights Spain and has a solid professional track record spanning more than 15 years in the fields of Communication and Human Resources. She holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Rey Juan Carlos University and has international certifications in Insights Discovery®, Executive Coaching, and Coaching for Adolescents and Families from the European School of Coaching. She began her professional career working for various multinational companies, leading projects to design and implement internal communication strategies, as well as various initiatives to improve leadership and employee engagement. In 2016, she co-founded the consulting firm Alcor & Mizar S.L., where she provides consulting and coaching services in the areas of talent management, communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership, always with the goal of helping individuals and teams reach their full potential and become more effective and happier. In addition, he combines his professional work with teaching at various business schools, where he teaches courses on leadership, competency-based management, and emotional intelligence for Human Resources programs and MBAs.
