Oscar joined Sage in 2024 following the acquisition of ForceManager, an artificial intelligence-based, mobile-focused CRM solution for B2B sales teams, which he founded in 2011. Since then, he has focused on integrating the solution into the Sage portfolio, helping sales teams become more efficient through intuitive, data-driven tools.
With more than 20 years of experience in product design and development, as well as go-to-market strategies, Oscar has led initiatives aimed at reshaping how field sales teams operate, combining strong technical knowledge with a clear business focus.
He holds a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies (EPGC) at Stanford University. In 2017, he was named one of IESE's 40under40 for his business achievements.
