Mike Hyde is responsible for integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into the core of the Trainline platform's customer innovation strategy. He joined Trainline in 2021 with extensive experience in growing high-impact technology organizations, having held senior positions at Meta, Skype, Microsoft and Alix Partners. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Physics and Computer Science and a Master's degree in Engineering Information Science from Cambridge University.
