Manuel Beltrán has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Public University of Navarra (UPNA). He has been working in the IT sector for more than 20 years. He started his career as a technical consultant at Cincom, where he stayed for two years. From 1999 to 2008, he worked at Cystelcom Sistemas, as Business Developer Manager. Later, he joined BT, where he has developed his career as Sales Specialist, Head of BT Contact for Iberia and European Sales Manager Unified Communications and Head of Contact Center Practice. Currently, he is Sales Manager Customer Experience and Digital Workplace at Evolutio.
