Since 2006, she has led the development of the Human Resources Observatory (ORH), one of the leading platforms for knowledge and innovation in strategic people management within organizations. Through this initiative, she has spearheaded numerous projects focused on research, outreach, and business transformation, including ORHIT (Human Resources Observatory for Innovation and Transformation), OES (Healthy Companies Observatory), SFS (Healthy, Flexible, and Sustainable Companies), and IA+Igual, which focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on equity and talent management.His career combines trend analysis, specialized outreach, and knowledge generation in areas such as the AI Act, innovation in people management, data-driven decision-making, and the adaptation of organizations to new challenges in the workplace.
