Monica Garcia Ingelmo

Monica has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. With a career focused on the telecommunications sector, she has led various global outsourcing management projects at multinational companies before joining Orange Spain, where she has spearheaded projects related to operational integrations and mergers from a Human Resources perspective.
She currently holds the position of Head of Benefits, HRO & Wellbeing at MasOrange.
She holds a diploma in Labor Relations and a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
She has served as Vice President of the SAP Users Association in Spain and as a mentor for the Professional Women’s Network. She is currently a member of the CEOE’s Equality and Work-Life Balance Commission, a member of the CEOE’s Employment and Social Dialogue Commission, and a mentor in the Alumni Mentoring Program at Carlos III University of Madrid. She is active in academia as a university and business school professor, as well as a speaker at numerous forums and working groups.
Founder of OBBIO (Observatory of Organizational Well-being), the first association of well-being professionals.
