Luis Federico Gimilio
Chief Technology Officer, Operations, MAHOU,
MAHOU SAN MIGUEL
Luis is a telecommunications engineer and has been building his career at Mahou San Miguel since 2005. Over the years, he has led industrial automation and technological transformation projects, eventually rising to his current position as Director of Operations Technology. In this role, he leads a geographically distributed multidisciplinary team responsible for implementing automation initiatives, OT infrastructure, MES systems, industrial cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 across the company’s 12 production facilities and 4 spring sources. He also holds a Master’s degree in Brewing Science and Technology, which complements his technical background with in-depth knowledge of the industry’s industrial processes. His work focuses on accelerating the digital transformation of industrial operations, driving the creation of more connected, secure, efficient, and sustainable factories.
