Luis Ariza is a lawyer and consultant with twenty years of experience, specialized in the design, implementation and improvement of compliance, privacy and information security management systems. He is currently Director of the Compliance, Privacy & AI Area of the Randstad Group in Spain, occupying the role of Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, as well as Data Protection and Chief Compliance Officer. He has led and currently coordinates national and international projects, with a practical and business-oriented approach.
His expertise covers data protection (GDPR), risk assessment and process management, being also a legal expert in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity. His professional approach focuses on the integration of legality with business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance without losing sight of efficiency and innovation. He holds CISM certifications from ISACA and CIPP/E from the IAPP, and is a specialist in the implementation of the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, which reinforces his profile as a leader in comprehensive corporate risk management.
