José Ramón Coz Fernández
Chief Auditor of the Directorate of Navigation,
European Space Agency
José Ramón Coz holds a PhD in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a PhD in Computer Engineering from the UNED, a degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Economics and Logistics.
José Ramón has more than 25 years of experience in Auditing and Cybersecurity and has more than 20 international certifications.
He is currently responsible for Cybersecurity Audits at ESA's Directorate of Navigation, which manages a budget of more than 1 billion euros per year in programs related to the navigation sector.
In addition, José Ramón is a researcher and professor at several institutions and universities, and a member of several commissions, associations and committees of technical, scientific and academic journals.
