Jorge Lis
Global Segment Leader,
ABB
Jorge Lis is the Worldwide Segment Leader for Data Centers within the Electrification business area. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Data Center segment globally, with a focus on strategic design and transformation to drive Product, Sales, Marketing and Communication initiatives. Professional Profile Jorge joined ABB in 2006. Prior to assuming his current position as Global Segment Leader, Data Centers, in February 2025, he held the position of Head of the Sustainable Energy Solutions business unit since September 2023. His career at ABB spans a wide variety of leadership and management roles in different segments and geographies, including Global Product Group Manager for Switchgear and Fuses, as well as Global Channel Manager for Medium Voltage Distributor Channel. He holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a degree in Multimedia Engineering and Technical Engineering in Computer Systems from Pompeu Fabra University. He also has a postgraduate degree in Strategic and Operational Marketing, executive training at IMD and an academic collaboration with Harvard Business School.
