Professional with more than 35 years of experience in the ICT field, with solid experience in strategic management, digital transformation, change management and leadership of complex teams and projects. He currently holds the position of Director of Organization and CIO at Liquats Vegetals, a leading 100% vegetable beverage company, where he is driving an ambitious global digital transformation plan. He has been CIO at Audens Food and Noel Alimentaria, leading the reorganization of ICT departments, implementation of ERP, MES systems, CRM and HR platforms, and advanced comprehensive cybersecurity programs. His management has contributed decisively to the growth of turnover and technological modernization. He actively participates as a member of the board of directors of CIONET and is a member of SPOUG and various CIOS organizations, reinforcing networking and knowledge exchange among IT executives. He has also worked as an independent strategic consultant and CEO in ICT services companies. Recognized for his global and strategic vision, innovative approach and strong results orientation, Joan is passionate about technologies applied to business process improvement.
