Javier Sueiras is an Industrial Engineer with an outstanding career in the international life-science industry, where he has held senior positions as IT Director, IT Vice-President and Chief Information Technologies and Digital Officer. In this last role, he has built and led high-performance international and multicultural teams, successfully developing and executing IT, Cybersecurity, Data and Digital Transformation strategies, achieving high standards of quality, performance and commitment of his teams. He has lived in Barcelona (Spain) and Raleigh (USA), where he managed optimization, growth, geographic expansion and business integration projects with a Cash-Out responsibility of €100M, leading a global team of 400 people. Javier has solid experience in IT strategic contribution to business growth, process optimization, M&A, cultural change, digital innovation and cybersecurity, with deep expertise in on-premise and cloud platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle and Microsoft, as well as RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Blockchain. He is a results-oriented leader, with strategic thinking, strong focus on people as a key factor of organizational transformation, and broad ability to drive cultural and digital changes that generate positive impact on the bottom line.
