Gustavo Barón is the founder and CEO of BUSCOS España, an HR tech platform that helps companies, recruitment agencies, and HR teams move beyond resumes to observable evidence before the interview.
Through BUSCOS, he promotes a vision of recruitment based on real-world work situations, human judgment, and the prudent use of artificial intelligence.
