Gonzalo Prado has spent more than ten years driving business-customer relationships for major brands such as Booking or Busuu. In his role as Director of Customer Success and Expansion at Blip EMEA, he leads the construction and maintenance of good relationships with the company's customers, focusing not only on business interests, but also on the human side. He has experience in the design of international strategies, bringing a global vision of Customer Success and its importance at the highest level of decision making. Gonzalo holds a Master's degree in AI for Business from ESADE and is part of 'Customer Success Leadership', a cross-functional leadership community with a global presence.
