Fernando Lallana
Wellbeing & Workplace Manager,
HEINEKEN
Fernando began his career by helping to lay the groundwork for the logistics division of the Cortefiel Group (TENDAM), working on the importation of clothing from Asia and later on the opening of franchise locations around the world.
He has spent the bulk of his career in procurement at the HEINEKEN Group, specializing in indirect procurement, and eventually served as Head of Procurement for HEINEKEN Ireland for five years.
Currently reporting to the Director of Human Resources, he is responsible for the WELLBEING & WORKPLACE division at HEINEKEN Spain, which defines and coordinates the implementation of the company’s well-being strategy.
In addition, he is president of OBBIO (Observatory of Organizational Well-being), the first association of organizational well-being professionals in Spain: Observatory of Organizational Well-being - OBBIO
Fernando is from Madrid; he holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
