Donna Bridgman Founder of HerWorX, Donna is a global leader in the Data Centre and technology industries, with a career spanning engineering, construction, and governance across the UK, Europe, Australasia, and APAC.
She is Regional Chair (APAC) for iM Women and serves on the iM Women Global Board, bringing decades of executive experience gained since the late 1990s. A Chartered Engineer, International Professional Engineer, PMP, and Certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute, Donna is also an accredited global trainer in Data Centre education and Business Continuity Management.
An Engineering Fellow and experienced Non-Executive Director, Donna contributes to boards in electricity utilities, renewable energy, and advisory roles, while remaining a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, mentorship, and leadership in digital infrastructure.
