David Hurtado is a Telecommunications Engineer and Managing Director of Quetta Data Centers, a company focused on the development and operation of a portfolio of six data centers of 10 MW each, located in the main cities of Spain and Portugal. Quetta is the result of a strategic alliance between Azora, the largest real estate fund in Spain with more than 15 billion euros of assets under management, and Core Capital, an operator with more than 20 years of experience in the data center sector.
Prior to joining Quetta, David was a partner at KPMG, where he led the Corporate Finance Real Estate practice in Spain, advising on sale and purchase transactions and structuring joint ventures. As a partner at KPMG, he participated in the incorporation of Quetta and in the structuring of the alliance between Core and Azora. After the closing of the transaction, he joined Quetta as Managing Director.
