Chen is the digital manager of PHERGAL laboratories, the leading dermo-cosmetics company with export presence in more than 40 countries. He has been working for more than 5 years in the cosmetics sector and has led the digital transformation project to digitize the distribution channel and manufacturer's marketing channel towards a customer centric and full funnel approach. Chen has knowledge and experience working in the beauty category in other European and Asian markets. In addition, he is the co-creator of Beauty Business School's Ecommerce in Beauty program and passionate about retail, ecommerce, digital marketing.
