César Morcillo Retuerce is an executive with extensive experience in operational management, service transformation and team leadership in the repair and claims industry. He currently heads SEJESCAR, where he has driven the digitalization and optimization of processes, the use of AI for mature processes and the national expansion of the technical service. He is very knowledgeable in the insurance world, specifically in the world of claims and in B2B and B2C service models, combining strategic vision with practical management. He is a Senior Technician in Automotive and Programmable Automatic Systems, Scrum Master and Black Belt certified in Six Sigma, complementary training in operational efficiency and leadership. His approach is practical, results-oriented and with a vision of sustainable growth.
