Degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering from the University of the Basque Country, with executive training in the General Management Program and the "From Executive to Board Member" Program at IESE Business School. Global Human Resources executive with 25 years of international experience, leading People, Culture and Organization strategy in multinational and transformational environments. She began her career in strategic and business consulting at Accenture, where she worked for ten years, and has subsequently held leadership positions in Human Resources in multinational companies such as Maersk, Indra Group, Logista, Teladoc Health and Exus Renewables, managing teams and projects in multiple geographies. He brings extensive international experience in HR leadership in complex transformation contexts, with a strong track record in organizational design and operating model development, as well as deep experience in post-M&A integration and global restructuring processes, harmonizing structures and processes across multiple geographies.
