Madrid Tech Show reaches 18,000 visitors in its third edition, an increase of 41%.

Madrid Tech Show has closed today its third edition with nearly 18,000 visitors, a figure that represents an increase of 41% over last year. The president of CloserStill Media, Agustín Torres, has assured that the success of the event "places us at the head of the technology fairs with the highest projection and growth rate in Europe".
For his part, the director of the Technology Group of CloserStill Media Spain, Simon Blazeby, highlighted the role of Madrid as "the engine of growth of the technology and innovation system in the Mediterranean". He also assured that Madrid Tech Show "has become the epicenter of the future of digitalization and the space for showcasing the innovation of the world's leading companies".
With a view to the 2024 edition, more than 80% of the participating exhibitors have already confirmed their presence, demonstrating the interest of companies in participating in the largest professional technology event held in Spain.
Another noteworthy feature of this third edition is the high number of visitors from senior management. Specifically, 32% of the attendees were executive profiles and were able to enjoy an extensive program of presentations designed for executives and networking spaces for two days.
After visiting Madrid Tech Show, the Councilor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Madrid City Council, Angel Niño, highlighted the "success" of the fair, which places the capital as a "great city to do business and hold events". Niño insisted that this type of fairs "also help attendees to get to know the city and that can translate into investments that generate return for Madrid". "For all these reasons, the City Council is making an effort to attract fairs such as Madrid Tech Show", he stressed.
For two days, Madrid Tech Show has brought together at IFEMA more than 300 exhibitors from sectors such as cybersecurity, Big Data, AI or e-commerce. Organized by CloserStill Media, the fair has doubled this year its exhibition space and has had 350 national and international speakers, distributed in 18 theaters where more than 80 hours of content will be offered.
Among the speakers were the Chief Solutions, Digital & Technology Officer of PRISA Media, José Gutiérrez; the Head of Data Security of Booking.com, Nir Chervoni; the Global Data Management and Operations Transformation Manager of PepsiCo, Maximus Ndaboka; the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of LA LIGA, Miguel Ángel Leal; the Head of Digital Marketing and Business of Samsung, Aroa López and the CEO of Kiko Milano, Simone Dominici, among others.
