Tech Show Madrid: For those who don't know Var Group yet, could you tell us briefly what the company represents in the technological landscape?

Esther Lekunberri: We are a European technology group with a presence in 16 countries and more than 4,000 professionals. In Spain and Andorra we work with our clients throughout their digital transformation process: from cybersecurity and new models of decentralized digital identity, to data science with applied AI developments and cloud infrastructures. We integrate our own technologies and those of partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle or Dell, and we have solutions for industrial and electronic companies thanks to the fact that we are a Platinum partner of Siemes in Europe... The idea is that through all our technological skills, customers can evolve without limit in their digital transformation.

In fact, one of the things our customers value most is our proximity. Although we are an international group, we do not act like a large, distant corporation.

Tech Show Madrid: What differentiates Var Group in such a competitive sector?

Esther Lekunberri: Our proposal is clear: we are a One-Stop Partner. We unite strategy, technology and management to accompany our clients throughout their digital transformation. Tech Show Madrid: Could you share some success stories that reflect this approach?

Esther Lekunberri: One of the most emblematic projects is the Digital Wallet of Andorra, which we presented at the last edition of Tech Show Madrid. As a result of that visibility, the opportunity arose to develop the Digital Wallet of Ceuta, today a pioneer case in Spain in digital identity and blockchain.

We also collaborate with the banking sector, where we have our own tool to monitor their entire cybersecurity perimeter, and with the health sector. For example, we work with the Catalan Institute of Oncology on high-impact cloud projects to ensure continuity of service. And beyond Spain, we have taken our digital identity capabilities to international projects, such as Su Red in Colombia, with which we helped define an innovative digital trust model for the financial sector. In the field of Data Science, last year we presented at Tech Show the data analysis project for sports improvement, a project currently implemented for the performance of the Guerreras and the Hispanos of the Royal Spanish Handball Federation.

Tech Show Madrid: The Public Administration appears as a key partner in many of these projects. What role does it play in your strategy?

Esther Lekunberri: Public Administration has to be an engine of modernization and connection with society. Its role in digital identity, cybersecurity or cloud is decisive for the future of the economy. We collaborate with local, regional and national entities so that digitalization advances with security, trust and social value. Digital portfolio projects are a clear example of how innovation can transform the relationship between citizens, companies and institutions.

Tech Show Madrid: What will the public be able to discover in your presentations during the event?

Esther Lekunberri: This year we will share five very representative presentations of our technological innovation. In the field of Data science &IA, we have two presentations, on October 29th, at 11.30h we will present "Ethical AI in action: from costly mistakes to competitive advantage" and at 18.00h "From Waiting to Immediacy: Intelligent Analytics at the Service of Decision".

Also on the 29th at 13.00h we bring a success case from Colombia, with the company Su Red: "How to transform identity into growth for the financial sector" where we show how the new decentralized identity is bringing more and more competitive value. At 17.00h we will tell how cybersecurity has no barriers and we make our SOC inclusive and win on all fronts.

Finally, on the 30th at 10.30 am we will present a case of the health sector with the Catalan Institute of Oncology.

Each presentation will show how we put technology into practice, with real projects that generate impact.
