The retail sector in Spain is undergoing a decisive transformation: adaptation to new tax obligations. The Verifactu Law stipulates that all transactions must generate unalterable invoices with correlative numbering, incorporate a verifiable QR and be communicated in real time to the Tax Agency. In parallel, communities such as the Basque Country have been applying the TicketBAI system for years, while large corporations are subject to the Immediate Supply of Information (SII). For many businesses, these heterogeneous and strict regulations represent an additional challenge in accounting and legal management.
